Bringing together strong expertise across disciplines and industries, Fluxon offers full-cycle software development: from ideation and design to build and go-to-market.About the roleWe're looking for the first Lead Talent Partner in Canada: someone who's excited to lead the full recruitment process with passion, while staying organized, motivated, and caring deeply about helping candidates reach their potential.As our Lead Talent Partner, you’ll wear a few different hats, all aimed at making sure we build an amazing team.In this role, you’ll focus on three key areas.Recruitment:Lead the recruiting process in the USA and Canada - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring senior technical roles for the different organizations such as but not limited to Product Management and Engineering all while keeping our people-first culture in mind!Be the main contact for hiring managers and related teams in the USA and CanadaCreate recruiting plans that help us grow our candidate pool for current and future hiring needsProactively search for passive candidates on various job platformsWork in partnership with our teams like interviewing, People ops, and others to create the best candidate-centric experienceKeep our recruitment systems (like Greenhouse) organized and up-to-date for easy tracking of key hiring metricsAlways be open to gathering and providing feedback to the team to help improve the processesCompliance:Stay up to date on North American employment laws and ensure we are fully compliantHelp with regular audits of our job postings and ensure they are in top shapeEmployer Branding:Champion our commitment to a people-first culture where care and well-being are at the heart of what we doHelp us enhance our employer brand through recruitment-marketing initiativesThis role reports to our Director of Operations.
