Your tasks
6. Infrastructure & Systems: They are responsible for the maintenance, configuration and administration of IT systems (including operating systems, networks, databases and system software) and monitor the performance of applications and data.
7. Database management: You are responsible for the structuring, administration, monitoring, and security of data in database management systems (DBMS).
8. Digitalization & Projects: You lead strategic digitalization projects (e.g. with DocuWare and ORGASOFT) and actively support the company's digital transformation.
9. Interface development: You will be responsible for APEX interface development for INTEGRA.
10. Teamwork & Integration: You will integrate new technological solutions in close collaboration with the IT staff.
Your profile
11. Qualification: A completed degree (e.g. in computer science, business informatics, information technology) or a comparable qualification.
12. Professional experience: Several years of experience in the administration of complex IT environments (very good knowledge of server, network and virtualization technologies) as well as in database administration (including PL/SQL implementation and monitoring).
13. Expertise: Solid experience in application development with Oracle APEX. A very good understanding of ERP and database systems is required.
14. Desirable: Ideally, you already have knowledge of DocuWare (Document Management Software) and ORGASOFT INTEGRA.
15. Security & Law: Experience with IT security concepts, system design, and knowledge in the area of IT baseline protection and legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
16. Skills: Change management skills, understanding of digital trends and an interest in actively developing infrastructures.
17. Personality: High level of initiative, flexibility, resilience, an independent work ethic, analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
18. Language skills: Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
