Your tasks
10. Interface Function: You will represent Series Procurement in international, cross-functional teams and serve as the central point of contact for series-relevant topics. This includes Life Cycle Management, Ramp-up/Ramp-down projects, cost reduction measures, and task forces.
11. Information Management: You will gather all relevant information to create clear work packages for Lead Buyers and ensure the timely processing of procurement tasks.
12. Reporting: You will create status reports for projects and measures and report them in agreed-upon cycles.
13. Coordination: As a central interface, you will connect Series Procurement with the strategic purchasing departments, business units, and operational departments.
14. Project Execution: You will implement procurement measures in Change Management and Obsolescence Management and actively participate in Change Control teams.
Your profile
15. Education: You hold a completed three-year university degree (e.g., Bachelor's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Commerce) or a comparable qualification.
16. Experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in project management and possess a solid understanding of Change Management, ideally in the field of medical technology.
17. Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Additional language skills in Chinese, German, French, or other European languages are a plus.
18. Skills: You have excellent negotiation skills as well as a structured and independent working style.
19. Software Knowledge: You have excellent knowledge of SAP MM and common MS Office applications.
20. Problem-Solving Skills: You are familiar with the application of problem-solving methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5why, or PDCA.
