Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the live entertainment market across Central and East Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase our presence in this dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
Your primary focus will be on leading a motivated team, driving regional business development, and ensuring alignment with our global strategy. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio, including digital mixing consoles, processors, switches, amps, and speakers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE, and Export countries)
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in cooperation with our European marketing team
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
* Represent us at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications
* University degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
* Fluent German and English language skills
