Job Description
How does your working day look like ..
* Creating and implementing plans to market F&B outlets [in direct collaboration with local F&B partners]
* Creating and implementing plans to market the hotel
* Ensuring clean brand appearances for the hotel and F&B brands in accordance with corporate designs
* Monitoring all guest communications in-house (print + social media)
* Planning, organizing, and executing press, influencer, and customer events in collaboration with the Sales Manager
* Managing and negotiating sponsorships, advertising, and brand appearances at events
* Maintaining PR and media contacts
* Independently creating image, video, and stylistically confident text content in German and English for newsletters and social media
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV ..
* You have already demonstrated professional experience and team leadership skills in a similar role in marketing and speak good English
* You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate at it
* You are a do'er - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
* You not only bring your skills with you, but also your character
