We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients and staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding of staff members
* Communication and coordination between various departments
* Management of employer's obligations toward authorities
* Coordination and communication with external providers
* Employee inquiries and requests management
* Administration and management of HR documents
* Gathering staff information and maintaining employer's database(s) up-to-date
You will also be responsible for:
* Maintenance of payroll calendar and processes
* Coordination with payroll providers
* Payroll preparation
* Monitoring compliance with collective agreement obligations
* Tax cards management
* Checking payroll output documents
* Managing salary bank account with finance department
* Time and attendance, absence management
* Holiday entitlement calculation
* Holiday records management
* Sickness and absences management
* Special leave refund request
* Long term absences management
* Working time management
