Job Description
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our UX organization and drive the creation of exceptional user experiences across our product portfolio. As Head of UX, you will be responsible for developing a clear and actionable UX vision that complements our overall product strategy.
You will cultivate and consistently communicate this vision across the organization, providing strategic direction that empowers decision-making within the UX community. Your accountability includes demonstrating the achievement of agreed-upon outcomes and product value, monitoring and ensuring the quality and consistency of UX, and actively involving UX professionals in co-creating the product strategy.
In terms of leadership, we expect you to champion and implement organizational changes that enhance UX and empower customer centricity, optimize UX resource allocation, provide technical and disciplinary leadership to UX professionals, foster professional growth and guidance for UX team members, ensure UX maturity is set to the appropriate level within the company, and actively support initiatives by providing organizational clarity and presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings the following:
* 10+ years of experience in UX, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
* Proven track record in UX leadership within B2B product development
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to align UX with business goals
* Experience in setting and executing a high-level UX vision
* Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
* Ability to drive organizational change and elevate UX maturity
* Strong communication skills and the ability to convey vision and goals clearly
* Experience managing UX quality across multiple product lines
* Up-to-date knowledge of UX design trends and interaction patterns
