Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
* Ensuring that data is properly mapped, validated and transferred between systems while aligning with business requirements and compliance standards
* Monitoring the mapping, transformation and cleansing of data to ensure it aligns with the requirements of the target system
* Ensuring that data migration activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and data privacy regulations
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* A degree or similar qualification with a focus on business or IT
* Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
* Structured, independent and self-organised work style
* Experience in data governance and management, also from an IT perspective
* Good understanding of policies and rules
* Experience with data quality tools and data catalogues is an advantage
Desirable extras.
* Preferably experience with Workday HCM modules (i.e. Recruiting, Core, Talent Management)
* Experience in applying agile frameworks
* German language skills are a plus
