{Senior} Project Developer Onshore Wind (w/m/d)

A renewable energy developer with a growing German onshore wind portfolio is strengthening its development team. With a lean structure and short decision paths, the organisation offers experienced developers real ownership across the development lifecycle.
The Role:
As Senior Project Developer you will lead the full project development lifecycle and business development activities.
Some duties would include:
* Lead onshore wind projects from post-acquisition through BImSchG approval to RTB
* Manage and control the full permitting process, including timelines, risks, and budgets
* Coordinate environmental studies (EIA, species protection, noise, shadow flicker, landscape impact)
* Prepare and review permit applications and authority documentation
* Manage responses to authority feedback, objections, and public consultation processes
* Act as primary contact for municipalities, permitting authorities, and public stakeholders
* Coordinate technical studies including wind yield, turbine layout, access roads, grid routing etc
The Person:
The successful candidate will have:
* Several years of experience in onshore wind project development in Germany
* Proven track record delivering projects from post-acquisition through permitting to RTB
* Strong knowledge of German permitting law (BImSchG) and regional planning frameworks
* Confident stakeholder manager with municipalities and authorities
* Structured, autonomous working style with strong ownership mindset
* Fluent German (C1+). English considered an advantage.
