CNC Lathe Operator (f/m/d)
Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to support in the position in CNC Lathe Operator (f/m/d). You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.
Your Tasks
1. Independent set-up, setup and operation of CNC machines for turning and drilling operations
2. CNC-controlled processing of individual or series parts made from a wide range of materials
3. Post-processing of 3D-printed components
4. Selection of cutting tools using suitable cutting data and technologies
5. Checking workpieces according to drawing and QA specifications
6. Carrying out maintenance and repair work
Your Qualifications
7. Completed training as a cutting machine operator or comparable.
8. 3+ years of professional experience with CNC-controlled lathes
9. Experience with the following CNC controls: Siemens 840D and HAAS would be desirable
10. Ability to machine complex and high tolerance components
11. Strong quality awareness, technical and manual understanding
12. High motivation, ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills round off your profile
