Your Role As part of a global organization, you will play a key role in managing HR operations for our German entity while driving internal communication initiatives. You will be supported by an HR Admin but should have a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach. Your Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring – Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our German office, ensuring a smooth candidate journey. Employee Lifecycle Management – Handle employment contracts (new hires, changes, and terminations) and oversee onboarding & offboarding processes. Employee Benefits – Manage and enhance our local benefits program to ensure a great employee experience. Global HR Collaboration – Work closely with our headquarters on global HR initiatives, policies, and best practices. Internal Communication – Develop and execute communication campaigns to engage employees and foster a strong company culture. Employer Branding – Maintain and strengthen our employer brand to attract and retain top talent. Employee Events – Plan and organize internal events that promote engagement and team spirit. Your Profile 2 years of experience in HR, internal communications, or a related field. Good understanding of HR processes and employment regulations in Germany. Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills in German and English. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team.
