Your missionAt MeinAuto & Mobility Concept Group, we are shaping the future of mobility and leasing services. To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Based primarily at our headquarters in Oberhaching, with occasional business travel to Cologne, you will take a central role in guiding the financial strategy of two dynamic companies, overseeing credit decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth – all within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Your RoleAs CFO, you will play a central role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of both companies. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth – while empowering your team and making impactful decisions every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy for both companies
- Core Finance Functions: Lead accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activities
- Planning & Forecasting: Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
- Liquidity & Stability: Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and capital allocation
- Credit Decisions: Take ownership of credit decision-making and portfolio risk management
- Risk & Controls: Establish and maintain strong risk management and internal control systems
- Stakeholder Management: Negotiate with banks, investors, and external partners
- Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to align financial and business objectives
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Several years of senior financial leadership experience in a leasing company, including a valid BaFin license
- Proven expertise in accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional financial acumen
- Solid experience in credit decision-making and portfolio management
- Proficiency in building financial models and forecasts
- Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams
- (Optional) Knowledge of vehicle value developments – advantageous but not required
