As a (Senior) Project Engineer you will be part of the Trauma R&D team, helping our customers rebuild lives with your products.
You will perform implant and instrument design work as well as advance assigned projects through design development. Working on cross-functional design teams to plan and develop new implant and instrument systems for the upper extremities as well as address design issues/maintenance of existing ones.
Responsible for advancing the assigned projects or sub-projects through the entire design development phase until launch.
Modeling and detailing of implant and instrumentation designs utilizing CAD software
Utilization and Management of the Design Control in an Agile Project Management Framework
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language skills are appreciated
Prior work experience/internships in the medical device industry
Minimum of 2-3 years of product or process design experience for Senior Project Engineer Position
Experience with a parametric CAD design package, Creo preferred
