JOB DESCRIPTION Futurail seeks an experienced Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the systems powering our scalable, resilient, and secure software development lifecycle. You’ll enable developers to deliver faster by creating robust build systems, containerized environments, and high-quality CI/CD pipelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment Build and support containerized development & production environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS) and hybrid environments Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and resilient, including networking, storage, and compute Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build, deployment, and release processes Drive automation across infrastructure, monitoring, and operations Contribute to observability practices: monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response. REQUIREMENTS 5 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles Deep expertise with build systems (Bazel is required) Proficiency in C++ and Python, especially dependency management; Rust is a plus Strong background in containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Proven experience designing, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows Hands-on proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation). Strong knowledge of configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack) for system and application setup.
