We are seeking a strategic leader to helm our ICT Risk Operations team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Chief Information Security Office/ICT Risk Office department, which oversees cybersecurity and ICT risk management. As the head of ICT Risk Operations & Awareness, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in developing and operating ICT risk analysis for internal applications, establishing an ICT risk awareness culture and training program.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team in an agile environment
* Develop and operate ICT risk analysis for internal applications, oversee observations, and ensure stakeholder involvement
* Establish, implement, and maintain an ICT risk awareness culture and training program, building a strong brand and culture on agile ICT risk
* Coordinate and manage partnerships and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
* Drive innovation and thought leadership with a focus on post-quantum cryptography, artificial intelligence, cloud security, software development, and external publications
