Role
* Develop and implement import and export processes, including broker management oversight, KPI tracking, and QBR preparation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
* Coordinate and prepare export license applications and permits, including end‑user screenings, Letters of Indemnity, and submissions to authorities such as BAFA, CITES, and USDA.
* Manage trade data classification, country of origin, valuation, and recordkeeping to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Conduct post‑entry reviews, self‑testing audits, and support government audit activities as required.
* Support Daily Management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to standard work development and DBS maturity.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of direct experience in import and export operations roles.
* Strong working knowledge and interpretation of European import and export regulations and related operations.
* Fluent in German and English. Candidates that also speak Dutch are strongly preferred.
* Proven problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
* Understanding of global supply chain and logistics processes.
