HR Business Partner – Europe
Location: Remote (Home Based- ideally Germany)

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join their European team. This is a key role in the HR function, working closely with regional leaders and global stakeholders to drive people strategy, ensure compliance, and promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership to identify and implement HR strategies and programs.
* Lead HR initiatives across compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
* Resolve employee relations issues with a strategic and solutions-focused approach.
* Maintain compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
* Analyze HR data and recommend data-driven solutions.
* Support change management efforts and process improvements.
* Maintain knowledge of HR trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
* Proven experience in HR administration or business partnering roles.
* Strong understanding of European employment law and HR best practices.
* Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
