Senior Software Engineer (C# / .NET)
Hybrid | Langen – minimum 1 day on-site every 2 weeks (more encouraged)
I’m partnering with an established, international software company building mission-critical systems used worldwide. They’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of a complex, long-term software platform.
This is a hands-on senior role with real influence on architecture, quality, and technical direction.
What you’ll do
* Design and build new functionality in a large-scale software platform
* Improve and refactor existing code to keep systems robust and maintainable
* Review code and contribute to architectural decisions
* Debug complex issues and drive continuous improvement
* Collaborate closely with other senior engineers
What they’re looking for
* Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET
* Background working on complex or enterprise systems
* C++ experience is a plus
* Ownership mindset and high quality standards
* Comfortable mentoring and influencing technical decisions
* Fluent in English or German
