Your tasks
9. Independent design, management and implementation of German HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle to ensure efficient and up-to-date HR management.
10. Accompanying and supporting the entire organization in the transformation and reorganization process and responsibility for the corresponding HR processes.
11. Leading and continuously developing the HR management team, defining and shaping the strategic direction for the HR Germany team.
12. Further development and implementation of transformation processes within HR.
13. Execution of strategic HR projects as a member of the Leadership Team and trustful cooperation with the Works Council.
14. Advising managers and employees at all levels on HR and labor law issues.
Your profile
15. Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources, HR management, business psychology or a comparable qualification.
16. Several years of management responsibility in human resources or personnel management.
17. Experience with transformation and reorganization processes.
18. Sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law.
19. Very good written and spoken German and English.
