This job involves supporting the Rolls-Royce Data Insights Team by managing strategic relationships, facilitating communication, supporting administrative processes, and coordinating training initiatives. Ihre Aufgaben
* Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal business units, external partners, and vendors to support Product Owners.
* Risk and Escalation Handling: Identify strategic risks, manage escalation processes, and facilitate cross-functional resolution of CRM challenges.
* JIRA Hygiene and Process Management: Maintain high adherance to agile best practises, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking for software initiatives.
* Training and Capability Development: Develop and implement training strategies, organize educational sessions, and support continuous data knowledge build-up within the divison.
* Communication Coordination: Design and execute communication plans to facilitate clear, consistent messaging across stakeholders, Product Owners, and senior leadership.
* IT Governance and Data Privacy Management: Support IT governance initiatives and manage communication regarding data privacy and information protection, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
* Administrative Support: Support budget planning, invoicing processes and supplier management.
Ihr Profil
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven track record in stakeholder support, relationship management, and communication in Agile environments.
* Passion for facilitating collaboration, communication, and training to drive operational efficiency.
* Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong proficiency with CRM processes and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
