If you’ve used a mobile editor, you’ve likely touched our tech. Now, we’re growing—and we’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge product and customer success.
Why This Role Matters
We’re embedding a Solutions Engineer directly into our Growth Team, right next to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Your mission: empower our customers to succeed with our iOS SDKs. From pre-sales discovery to post-sale integration, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor who clears blockers, proves value, and unlocks long-term success.
This is the perfect role for a senior iOS engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, people, and code.
Tasks
* Lead technical consultations with prospective and existing customers evaluating our iOS SDKs.
* Translate customer use cases into practical, scalable SDK integration plans.
* Collaborate directly with Sales during pre-sales to design proof-of-concepts, prototype features, and unblock technical objections.
* Maintain and evolve integration demos, sample apps, and technical guides that enable smooth onboarding.
* Join customer calls to troubleshoot, advise, and unblock their developers—live debugging and screen-sharing are your superpowers.
* Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to funnel insights back into product decisions and roadmap discussions.
* Evangelize best practices in architecture, performance, and API usage for our iOS SDKs (Swift and SwiftUI).
* Occasionally contribute to core SDK improvements where customer needs intersect with our roadmap.
Requirements
* Lead technical consultations with prospective and existing customers evaluating our iOS SDKs.
* Design practical, scalable integration plans based on real-world use cases.
* Partner with Sales during pre-sales to prototype features, design PoCs, and overcome technical objections.
* Maintain and evolve sample apps, demo projects, and integration guides that accelerate onboarding.
* Join customer calls to debug live, advise their teams, and turn problems into wins.
* Funnel customer insights back to Product and Engineering—shaping roadmap and priorities.
* Promote best practices in architecture, performance, and API usage across Swift and SwiftUI.
* Occasionally contribute to SDK improvements that align with high-impact customer needs.
Nice to Have
* Experience working with video/photo editing tools or creative applications.
* Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or developer education.
* Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools like HubSpot or Intercom.
Who You Are
Technical Expertise
* 5+ years of iOS development experience using Swift (bonus: SwiftUI & UIKit).
* Strong mobile architecture and debugging skills.
* Experience integrating or building SDKs is a major plus.
Customer Centricity
* You’ve worked in or alongside Sales, Support, or Solution Engineering.
* You’re energized by talking to customers and solving real-world problems.
* You can translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable steps—even live on a call.
* You thrive in async workflows and take initiative in a remote environment.
* You’re a strong communicator who can navigate engineers, salespeople, and product leaders.
Location
* You’re based in the EU and authorized to work and travel across Europe.
