Labour Relations Expertise
You will be responsible for the strategic development of innovative and demand-oriented working conditions. This role involves solution-oriented consulting in complex matters of co-determination as well as the steering and implementation of these aspects:
* Strategic preparation of HR trends & future themes regarding co-determination and its implementation at ZEISS in Germany
* Consulting segment and SBU leadership, as well as HR interfaces in complex collective bargaining law issues regarding co-determination and tariff law questions
* Drafting and negotiating (group-) works agreements as well as collective agreements for innovative and demand-oriented working conditions
* Standardization and provision of templates/framework agreements for the conclusion of collective bargaining regulations at local sites
We expect from you:
* Completed legal or business studies with a focus on labour law or human resource management
* 5+ years of experience as an in-house expert for co-determination and principle questions in the personnel department of an international corporation
* Certified knowledge in individual and collective labour law
* Conceptual strength, analytical thinking and a deep understanding of economic relationships
