As our Head of Sales (d/f/m), you won’t just lead a team, you’ll build one. From shaping strategy to closing key deals, you’ll have full ownership of our revenue engine. We’re looking for someone who thrives on momentum, knows how to scale, and can turn vision into numbers. Your Tasks Overall responsibility for the sales strategy and revenue growth across both direct and indirect sales channels (e.g. partners like resellers, banks or integrators) Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team (both direct and indirect channels) Further development and expansion of existing partner networks as well as the acquisition of new strategic sales partners Oversee and develop Key Account Management focusing on development of long-term strategic customer relationships Work in close collaboration with the Head of Technical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent and successful go-to-market strategy Forecasting, budget ownership, and KPI-driven management of sales activities Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities in the payments sector Your Experience Several years of leadership experience in sales, ideally in the payment, fintech, or technology environment Proven track record in managing sales channels Background in Partner and/or Key Account Management is a strong advantage Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities is a must Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and strong results orientation You are fluent, engaging and to the point in written and spoken German and English at all levels of the organization Our Benefits Deutschland ticket, subsidized subscription 1.000 euro annual learning and development budget internal training platforms Discounts on travel, fashion, technology, and more through our corporate benefits REWE discount card for REWE group retailers JobRad, affordable bicycle leasing Company pension plan Insurance services Perks of Working With Us Hybrid working environment Flexible working hours that fit your workflow, your time matters Language courses (English and German) Work with modern and agile software such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Jira, Lattice, Miro and Confluence Company events including Hackathons and Company Days Ask us more about these!
