The Job of the Project Engineer - German Speaking
You role as the Project Engineer will include the following key responsibilities:
1. Deliver multiple tasks such as Business analysis, data architecture and Workshops
2. Work with the project manager or with the customer services manager
3. Make proposals and identify technical risks, which you communicate to the project manager
4. Ensure that your work is properly and promptly documented
5. Deliver the project tasks assigned to you according to the project plan and budget to the satisfaction of customers
6. Take full responsibility for all functional and/or technical aspects of the tasks assigned to you
7. Keep the project manager constantly informed (directly in context) about the status of the tasks assigned to you
8. Demonstrate flexibility and undertake business trips to clients to support them on-site with project implementation
9. Organisation and implementation of handovers (internal and external) in the context of project implementation
10. Carrying out update and upgrade projects Supporting the support department as needed, coordinating with the Customer Services Manager
Candidate Profile
11. Fluent in German is essential. Fluent in another language (English, French or Dutch) is an advantage
12. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
13. Alternatively IT Technical training and experience in medical laboratory processes
14. Experience in the implementation of laboratory information systems
15. Experience with laboratory processes and organisation
16. Knowledge of common IT applications Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
17. Healthcare communication standards such as HL7, ASTM, IHE, etc.
18. Operating systems, networking, virtualization
19. Strong motivational skills – can deliver the tasks in difficult circumstances
20. High level of commitment and ability to take action when necessary
21. Inventive and solution oriented, hands on and can do attitude
22. Punctual and quality minded
