The Role We're looking for a motivated Marketing Lead (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team and drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that align with our company’s business goals. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on creating and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, mentoring and growing the marketing team, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all communications. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business development, tech, and product teams, manage budgets, and analyse performance data to maximise ROI. To join our team, you should be excited to Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team. Oversee campaigns across multiple channels (digital, content, social, paid, email, SEO/SEM, etc.). Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with BD and tech teams. Manage the marketing budget, forecast ROI, and optimise spend for best performance. Own brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Report on KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing attribution. Your Profile 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing technology, and performance analytics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects effectively. Creative, results-oriented thinker with strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset. Experience in the defense industry is preferred but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
