In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on owning and continuously improving the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while building a best-in-class hiring operation. You will work closely with the founders and hiring managers across all departments, acting as a strategic partner to secure top talent. Our client is a cutting-edge dual-use technology company specializing in autonomous unmanned ground systems for defence and commercial applications. In This Role, You’ll Own and continuously refine the full-cycle recruiting process for efficiency and consistency. Lead and mentor our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, providing guidance and fostering professional development. Collaborate closely with founders and department heads to design and execute a strategic recruiting roadmap. Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies across both technical and non-technical functions. Manage and expand our talent acquisition tech stack to ensure optimal workflow and precise reporting. Build a strong employer brand through strategic initiatives, content, and campaigns. Leverage data-driven insights by defining KPIs and tracking recruiting metrics. Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and community engagement. Your profile: Minimum 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to build and scale hiring operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience recruiting for a diverse range of functions, including technical, operations, finance, and commercial roles. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. An analytical mindset with a track record of using recruiting data to drive process improvements. Proficiency with modern recruiting tools such as Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse. A structured and proactive work style with a strong sense of ownership.
