Task Responsibilities:
1. Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives. Document and analyze requirements to create detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
2. Maintain regular communication with business users, the team manager, and development teams.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories, process flows, data models, and business requirements documents.
4. Collaborate with the test team to ensure requirements are clearly translated into test cases. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives.
5. Work closely with the team and manager to ensure clarity on scope, prioritize requirements effectively, and align with stakeholders.. Keep the manager informed of progress and flag any blockers early to help maintain project momentum.
6. Analyze business data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
7. Evaluate software solutions and vendors to support procurement decisions.
8. Participate in demonstrations and proof-of-concept evaluations.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience
10. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
13. Proficiency with business analysis tools and software (DevOps preferred)
14. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
15. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
16. Strong organizational and time management skills
