Social Worker: Position Description

Requirements:
* A degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
* Proven experience working with children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma or adversity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of clients and the organization.
* Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
