Job Description
* Redefine Workflows: Further develop our successful post-production workflow involving a wide range of collaborators e.g. editors, motion designers, and sound engineers. Create efficiency without sacrificing creativity
* Own the Screen: From high-energy TV commercials to share-worthy social media reels and internal narratives, you’ll take charge of diverse video projects, leaving your creative stamp on every frame
* Master the Plan: Keep our post-production pipeline on track. Refine schedules, manage resources, and keep everyone – from the team to outside stakeholders – in the loop
* Learning and Collaboration: Learn from experienced colleagues, share your own insights, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment where creativity and efficiency go hand in hand.
Qualifications
* Experienced Creator: You have gained your first practical experience in video editing, ideally in a dynamic and collaborative environment—either through internships or student jobs. Experience in an agency or in-house setting is a plus, but not a must. Your portfolio should highlight your best work and briefly describe your contribution to each project.
* Organization Extraordinaire: Deadlines? Multiple projects? Tight schedules? You handle it all with precision and a cool head, constantly looking for ways to improve processes. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Asana is a plus.
* Independent Innovator: Confident working independently, you know when to take initiative and when to seek input. You’re agile in adapting to new challenges and resourceful in finding solutions.
* Industry-Savvy Visionary: You keep a finger on the pulse of video trends, storytelling techniques, and strategies that resonate with audiences.
* Tech Wizard: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. Bonus points for experience with DaVinci Resolve, sound mixing, and mastering.
* Bilingual Pro: Fluency in English is essential and a strong command of German will help you to stand out. Additional languages like Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus.
