In your new position, t ogether with your colleagues, you develop meaningful product-specific Stability & Performance and UX KPIs and dashboards supporting KPI overviews.
You analyze quantitative product & user data to generate actionable insights.
Additionally, you create and maintain research templates, manuals and processes while centralizing documentation and designing AI prompts.
Not least, you support planning, analysis and training sessions as well as document qualitative UX processes, tools and templates for ongoing use.
enrolled student in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Cognitive Science, Data Science or a comparable field
first practical experience in quantitative and qualitative user data analysis
interest in data-driven product development and analysis tools (Datadog, AmazonQuick Suite, Pendo)
fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Practical phase – actively applying theory in challenging and varied tasks/projects
Internship remuneration – recognition of your commitment in the amount of €1,000 to €1,500
