Your Tasks:
* Advice and support for customers with payment-disrupted contracts or with special issues (destruction of the vehicle, death, etc.).
* Processing and settlement of total losses and theft claims between Toyota Kreditbank, insurer, car dealership, customer and lawyers.
* Decision on the sale of vehicle residual values and settlement of contracts with legal examination of GAP claims.
* Examination of GAP claims, their calculation and settlement, the deduction of amounts not eligible for GAP and the legal review of the insurance settlement.
* Assessment and decision on substitute collateral, waiver of collateral and credit assessment of debtors.
* Correspondence, negotiation and decision on qualified deferrals, postponements of due dates, refinancing, debt assumption, surrender of vehicles and terminations.
* Monitoring of qualified reminders.
* Independent correspondence and negotiation with contractual partners, dealers and lawyers.
* Preparation of administrative processes in connection with vehicle sales, e.g. control of incoming payments, transportation.
Your Profile:
* Completed commercial training, preferably in a motor trade company
* Several years of practical professional experience in the banking or insurance industry, especially in the area of financing and leasing
* Basic legal knowledge, especially in insurance law and extrajudicial dunning procedures
* Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
* Willingness to make decisions and negotiating skills
* Very good communication skills and friendly manner
* Good self-organization and independent working style
