Your tasks
10. In this role, you are responsible for creating specification documents in MyLIMS, both for release processes and for stability studies, taking into account relevant GMP requirements.
11. They independently coordinate and prioritize samples and their shipment, ensuring timely and smooth processing.
12. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the independent planning, coordination, and execution of sometimes complex work processes.
13. Your responsibilities include independently coordinating measures and timelines with relevant interface partners, as well as continuously ensuring efficient process flows.
Your profile
14. Completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical or natural science field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biology, CTA, BTA, PTA) with several years of professional experience or with additional further training as a master craftsman/technician (IHK) or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience in a GMP environment
15. Good knowledge of GMP guidelines and practical experience in the GMP environment, especially regarding documentation and compliance with quality standards.
16. Excellent MS Office skills as well as a high willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems.
17. Fluent German skills and good English skills, especially for the safe application and implementation of work instructions and GMP-relevant documents.
