Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to create, define, support and develop security activities and processes related to Managed Security Services provided to customers.
Responsibilities include assessing customer feedbacks and improving procedures accordingly to ensure great customer service is provided at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the security interface between customers and our organization.
* Collaborate closely with the SOC Manager and Project Managers and other teams within our organization.
* Review and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in accordance with the services needs.
* Consolidate and communicate periodic reports to customers.
* Manage, answer and transmit security requests and needs within our organization.
* Support the implementation of security controls.
