&##Lead the system-level configuration, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Meetings & Rooms (MTRs), Microsoft Teams Calling, Cisco Collaboration Suite, Webex Cloud, and Cisco/Poly Endpoints.
Own the integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of UC technologies in a multi-regional, geo-redundant architecture.
Drive AV design and deployment for conference rooms, new buildings, and global office expansions.
Troubleshoot and resolve L3 tickets, telecom, voice/video issues, and critical network incidents.
Act as a key escalation point for our global IT Helpdesk and mentor L1/L2 support teams.
Deliver end-user enablement and lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities including brown bags, training sessions, and content development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in Unified Communications or a similar technical role.
~ In-depth expertise with Microsoft Teams (Meetings, Calling, Chat), Cisco Collaboration tools, Webex Cloud, and endpoint management (Cisco/Poly).
~ Strong hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, unified communication systems.
~ Team player with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
~ Familiarity with scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
&##CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft 365 Certified.
Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
