Lead Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion ERP
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lead Solution Architect to join an established Oracle Solutions Partner based in Germany!
We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive the architecture and strategic development of our Oracle Fusion ERP projects. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive management, lead complex implementations, and shape the future of our Oracle Fusion practice.
This position is ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive on responsibility, strategic decision-making, and working directly with C-level executives.
Your Responsibilities
* Take overall ownership of the functional and technical solution architecture for complex Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
* Analyze and structure demanding customer requirements to deliver robust, scalable end-to-end solutions.
* Represent solution architecture confidently to customers, stakeholders, and management.
* Provide realistic assessments of effort, risks, dependencies, and resources to guide decision-making.
* Lead and support project teams during critical project phases.
* Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
* Collaborate closely with executive management on strategic initiatives.
* Support pre-sales activities and tender processes, demonstrating your expertise externally.
Your Profile
* Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant in Oracle Fusion ERP.
* Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
* Proven track record in leading complex implementations and teams.
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging at C-level.
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
* Comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and interacting at executive level.
