Yardstick Robotics GmbH, as part of Rheinmetall AG, aims at the model-based development of AI-based robotic systems. The fully digitized modeling approach offers above all a higher speed in development and an improvement in the degree of maturity towards the serial product.
For this we are looking for a Verfication and Test Engineer (m/f/d):
1. Developing test plans, test stands and test strategies for several robotic (sub-)systems, considering technical guidelines
2. Performing tests, comparison with system requirements
3. Analyzing test results and identifying divergences or bugs
4. Working with the development teams to solve problems and make improvements
5. Documenting test results and creating reports
6. Collaborating with third parties and coordinating processes for product certification
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
7. Successfully completed study in the field of robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification
8. Knowledge of the design and implementation of (sub)system tests
9. Knowledge of relevant ISO/DIN standards
10. Experience with Simulink/dSpace with tests in real environments (outside the laboratory) an advantage
11. Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
12. Strong teamwork skills, self-dependent working method and communication skills
13. The ability to learn new topics and understand complex technologies
14. The ability to make decisions and prioritize
