Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as a Landing Gear System Engineer (m/f/d) for AIRBUS in Manching.
Your Responsibilities
7. Supporting the generation and maturation of Weapon System, Landing Gear System and Equipment-level technical, performance and Certification requirements
8. Supporting the end-to-end development of Landing Gear equipment and assemblies
9. Support to Landing Gear equipment and assembly integration activities
10. Support to planning system/equipment-level Qualification activities and monitoring equipment/assembly-level physical test, modelling & simulation activities
11. Supplier management, including oversight of Equipment Supplier performance and technical compliance
Your Profile
12. Completed studies in aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
13. Several years of work experience in IT and aerospace
14. Ideally experience in Landing Gear System Development
15. Experience in the use of one or more of the following design, modelling/simulation, requirements capture and project management applications would be advantageous: Catia V.0, MATLAB, Simulink, IBM DOORS, Confluence/Jira
16. Very good knowledge in MS-Office
17. Fluent English skills both spoken and written
18. German knowlede is nice to have
19. A willingness to travel within Europe – mainly into France for business purposes about once/month on average
