·Performs all manual work that cannot be carried out automatically by machines or from the control platform by the operator.
·Carrying out timely material sampling in accordance with the instructions of the shift supervisor and in accordance with QA regulations
·Sorting and transporting all process scrap in accordance with the rolling mill regulations
·Weighing, labeling, and marking all finished coils produced in accordance with quality regulations and company instructions
·Performing a visual inspection of the wire coils in accordance with company regulations
·Checking the laying pattern and adjusting or realigning the ring ends in the roll table and bell area at your own discretion
·Providing independent support with setup and conversion work on rolling stands and machines during downtimes at the rolling mill
·Performing the tasks of a forklift driver or crane operator on end products – as a stand-in or substitute
·Working to maintain the functionality of the plant and the order and cleanliness of the work area
Working hours:
·40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
