Building on our success in direct sales and initial achievements with partners in indirect sales, we are looking for you as Business Development Manager Indirect Sales Europe to strategically and operationally expand the indirect sales channel across all European sales units.
Working closely with local sales teams, you will play a key role in exponentially increasing our market presence and implementing our go-to-market strategy with distribution partners.
In this role, you will drive the growth of our indirect sales channel across Europe by shaping strategy, managing partnerships, and enabling teams for success.
Strategy & Business Development
1. You further develop and implement our European distribution strategy as a key growth driver.
2. You identify, evaluate, and select potential distribution partners in close collaboration with local Heads of Sales and the Regional Director.
Channel Management
3. You define and implement clear channel principles for a complementary, high-growth sales channel.
4. You ensure compliance with indirect sales guidelines and related processes across all sales units.
Marketing & Enablement
5. You make sure marketing concepts and point-o-sale materials for the distribution channel are available.
6. You ensure training concepts and content are in place for internal teams and partners covering product knowledge, sales arguments, and market positioning.
Operational Sales Support
7. You conduct regular business reviews with partners in cooperation with local sales colleagues.
What you bring
8. Several years of experience in B2B sales at a distributor or reseller (construction industry knowledge is a plus)
9. Deep understanding of distribution, efficient sales structures, and avoiding channel conflicts
10. Experience in introducing new brands and product categories to resellers and strategically managing distribution partners
11. Strong communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management, and teamwork in an international environment
12. Ability to work independently and succeed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
13. Fluent in German and English
14. Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) within Europe
