For our client we are currently looking for a Auditor transition support (m/f/d) - Frankfurt.
Your tasks
1. Orchestrate Annual Reports Production for German funds with external parties, ensuring that all parties involved in the process are well informed regarding the status of the reports production.
2. Schedule, moderate and track weekly JF with all stakeholders
3. Monitoring and controlling to ensure that deadlines for the delivery of the annual and semi-annual reports are met
4. Support or solve queries in a timely and efficient manner, independently if the root cause is with an external partner or with aninternal function (Distribution, Risk, Legal)
5. Ensure stable BAU of the existing processes
6. Ensure that the Golden Source is up to date for German Funds (timeliness & correctness)
7. Timely delivery of Fund Audit status on production for Management Reporting
8. Support on initiatives and projects that impact the Fund Audit Area for German Funds: i.e. prepare documentation, support on planning, support within the transition phase
