How you will create an impact:
11. You will support Sales-Teams by conducting discovery meetings and performing client demos.
12. You will support technical solution presentations and technical proposals.
13. You will define digital solution scope by translating technical and business requirements into user stories.
14. You will perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders as well as concepting and estimating the optimal solution.
15. Proof of value projects will be supported by you. You take over the responsibility of delivering assigned project deliverables.
16. You will monitor project KPIs and achievements project milestones.
17. You will provide product trainings to the client and be a point-of-entry during hyper-care phase.
18. You will provide feedback to product management for continuously improve our software solutions.
About you:
19. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science or a related field) and first professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations.
20. You have the technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (e.g., data, interfaces, ERP and CRM systems, software integration).
21. Well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies is part of your skill set.
22. You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
23. You understand client needs and communicate appropriately among project stakeholders.
24. You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
25. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
26. Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials or other B2B markets are a plus.
27. You are fluent in English and German.
