As our Senior Marketing Manager for Grocery, you will play a fundamental role in driving the Grocery Category in Germany. Reporting to the Head of Partner Marketing for Germany, you will have a full plate of exciting, strategic, and creative key projects to lead.
A massive focus of this role will be championing our strategic Rewe Partnership, ensuring its commercial success and driving mutual growth. To succeed, you will act as a central bridge, working in tight alignment with cross-functional internal teams to ensure our marketing promises match our operational excellence.
Drive our Rewe Partnership : Act as the primary marketing lead for our strategic partnership with Rewe, developing tailored co-marketing strategies that maximise visibility and volume.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Operations, Category Management, and Commercial —to ensure seamless campaign execution, stock readiness, and optimised customer journeys.
Campaign Execution : Lead the end-to-end execution of targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns across Germany, driving user acquisition, engagement, and order frequency.
Align seamlessly with local agencies, retail partners, and global HQ teams (Creative Studio, CRM, Digital, PR) to ensure local relevance with global brand consistency.
Data-Driven Optimisation : Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) with a deep, nuanced understanding of the German grocery and e-commerce landscape.
Solid marketing experience, ideally rooted in an e-commerce, Q-commerce, or FMCG environment, with a track record of driving growth in the German market.
Strategic Partner Management : Proven experience managing large-scale, high-stakes external partners. Cross-Functional Orchestration : Exceptional ability to work in lockstep with internal teams like Operations and Category Management. You understand that a marketing campaign is only as good as product availability and operational execution, and you know how to bridge that gap.
Data-Driven Test & Learn Mindset : You have experience designing and analysing new customer journeys, leveraging data to rapidly scale what works and pivot away from what doesn't.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, combined with a proactive, hands-on attitude—you are comfortable setting the high-level strategy for Rewe, but equally excited to roll up your sleeves and execute.
A permanent employment contract with hybrid work options: three days per week in our Berlin-Kreuzberg office and two days working from the comfort of your home.
