Your Role
* Draft and manage employment and service agreements
* Provide legal guidance on labor law and employee relations
* Develop and review internal HR policies and documentation
* Support conflict resolution and manage employment-related legal matters
* Collaborate with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders across departments
Your Profile
* Legal background or HR experience with strong labor law knowledge
* Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is a plus
* Understanding of HR operations and commercial processes in Germany
* Fluent in both German and English
* Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
