HR Generalist (m/f/d) – Near Lüdenscheid

Your Role
* Take responsibility for all aspects of administrative HR management
* Serve as the go-to person for our employees on all HR-related topics
* Manage and oversee the preparation and follow-up of payroll
* Manage the onboarding process for new team members
* Keep our internal databases up to date and handle related administrative tasks
* Advise leaders and employees on HR measures
* Prepare HR analyses and reports, independently identify trends, and initiate appropriate measures
* Handle personnel cost controlling and prepare reports for internal and external purposes
* Take part in and lead HR projects
Your Profile
* Completed commercial training with additional HR qualification (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann, Personalbetriebswirt, or comparable)
* Several years of professional experience in HR
* Strong customer, service, and solution orientation, with empathy and a true team spirit
* Initiative, high implementation and results orientation
* Flexible, proactive, and independent working style
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written)
* Good knowledge of SAP HCM and very good Microsoft Office skills
