If so, this Senior Health & Safety Manager role in Bremen could be a great fit. You’ll play a key part in leading safety initiatives across a large facility while having the opportunity to further develop your Health and Safety skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead the site Health & Safety team and work closely with operational and support functions to maintain compliance with legislation and company safety standards
* Analyse site safety data using internal systems and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
* Design and roll out site-specific safety training, ergonomic initiatives, and preventive programmes to strengthen the safety culture
* Conduct risk assessments for new equipment and processes, review updates to standard procedures, and maintain current risk documentation
* Champion health and safety across the site, engaging management and colleagues to embed a proactive safety mindset
You will have:
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety role with leadership and team management responsibilities
* Strong track record of using health and safety data and metrics to drive measurable improvements
* Experience analysing trends, interpreting data, and turning insights into practical safety actions
* Experience managing teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders across operations and support functions
* Excellent communication skills with a proactive, positive approach to influencing safety culture
* Sicherheitsfachkraft (SiFa) qualification is a must

* Competitive salary of €80,000-€120,000 DOE
