The role The Commercial Finance Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, driving insights into business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate closely with financial controllers and commercial teams to ensure compliance, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities Reconcile monthly sales data for commission calculations in partnership with Global Sales Compensation. Drive commission calculation, support target setting and management, ensuring alignment with business goals. Contribute to financial statement preparation and performance reporting across timeframes. Deliver clear insights into business drivers and trends through sharp commentary. Collaborate with Controllers for accurate, timely reporting and compliance. Analyze multi-source data to uncover opportunities and guide strategic actions. Drive budgeting and forecasting across business units. Ensure adherence to Group financial policies and controls. Skills Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with experience in Commercial Finance or Sales Ops. Advanced Excel skills (macros/VBA) and strong analytical mindset. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with precision and insight. Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, ERP, and BI tools is a plus. Ownership mindset with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration. Committed to continuous learning and growth.
