Collaborating closely with the founders and engineers, you will be at the core of bringing our strategic vision together to life. Responsibilities Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design concepts clearly and deliver value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, development, and business requirements. Define user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that enhance the overall user experience. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and changing business needs. Stay updated with design trends and best practices to elevate our design processes. Mentor junior designers and help foster a collaborative and creative design culture. Requirements 5 years of experience in UX design or a related role, preferably within a tech startup or innovative environment. Proven portfolio showcasing strong, user-centered design solutions. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Experience collaborating with engineering teams to translate designs into functional products. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an understanding of interplay between UX and development. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. You must speak English at level C1 or higher; knowledge of German is a plus.
