Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to define and execute our internal AI strategy, ensure successful adoption of AI solutions, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Co‑develop and maintain the AI strategy and roadmap for internal use cases.
* Define and implement data strategy and governance frameworks for AI initiatives.
* Collaborate with IT on technology architecture for scalable AI solutions.
* Manage and lead AI projects from selection to successful implementation.
* Drive adoption and change management for AI‑enabled processes, ensuring AI readiness across departments.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business units on AI opportunities and best practices.
Qualifications
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or related field; PhD is a plus.
* 3–5+ years in AI/ML projects, digital transformation, or technology consulting with proven track record of implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
* Experience designing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
* Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
