Job Description During your Thesis you will comprehensively design and analyze the automated extraction and processing of knowledge from JSM tickets. Furthermore you will develop a redesigned, dynamic knowledge template for the BODAS community, suitable for both text and video content. In Addition you will create a functional prototype (bot or script) demonstrating the process from data extraction to populating the knowledge template. You will investigate the feasibility of connecting to platforms like Synthesia for the automated creation of video tutorials and, if applicable, implement this as a prototype. Lastly you will write your bachelor's thesis, in which you will describe the methodology, results, and the developed concept in detail.
