Responsibilities
* Development and implementation of a holistic purchasing and supply chain strategy in the Aerostructures division
* Management and further development of our purchasing department
* Optimization of processes, cost structures and delivery performance
* Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers worldwide
* Conception and implementation of digitalization initiatives in purchasing and the supply chain
* Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and transparency
Qualifications
* Successfully completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of management experience in strategic purchasing and supply chain management in a medium‑sized company and in the aerospace industry
* Demonstrable success in transformations and/or growth projects
* Strong digital affinity and experience using modern IT and ERP systems in an SAP environment
* Leadership skills: motivating, assertive, and hands‑on
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English
* Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Will and energy to make things happen and achieve ambitious goals.
